Our meat processing facility in Mapleton, MN is built for efficiency, quality, and animal care. We utilize a state-of-the-art rail system, a 1,500-square-foot drip cooler, and a large hanging cooler to ensure proper handling, optimal chilling, and consistent results from start to finish. We will be USDA certified in 2027.

We partner with local farmers and livestock producers to provide whole animal processing for beef, pork, lamb, and goat. Our facility is designed for high-capacity processing, allowing us to serve producers who require reliable volume, precise cutting, and professional handling.

Designed with producers in mind, our setup supports a smooth livestock drop-off process, with easy access for livestock trailers and a chute system that makes unloading safe, efficient, and low-stress.
