Our meat processing facility in Mapleton, MN is built for efficiency, quality, and animal care. We utilize a state-of-the-art rail system, a 1,500-square-foot drip cooler, and a large hanging cooler to ensure proper handling, optimal chilling, and consistent results from start to finish.

We partner with local farmers and livestock producers to provide whole animal processing for beef, pork, lamb, and goat. Our facility is designed for high-capacity processing, allowing us to serve producers who require reliable volume, precise cutting, and professional handling.

Designed with producers in mind, our setup supports a smooth livestock drop-off process, with easy access for livestock trailers and a chute system that makes unloading safe, efficient, and low-stress.

Pricing Overview

Kill, Cool, and Boxed Fee: $120 per animal

Processing Options

  • Custom Processing: $1.30 per pound hanging weight

  • Inspected Processing: $1.40 per pound hanging weight

  • Cured and Smoked Ham: $3.00 per pound

  • Cured and Smoked Bacon: $4.00 per pound

  • Pulled Pork: $4.00 per pound

Up to 2 selections per 1/2 hog or 3 per whole hog

  • Ground Pork - $1.00 per pound in leak proof chubs

  • Pork Sausage - $1.50 per pound (Breakfast, Maple, Italian, Chorizo, & Spicy)

  • Fresh Brats - $3.50 per pound (House, Cheddar, Jalapeno Cheddar, & Wild Rice)

  • Smoked Brats - $4.00 per pound (House, Cheddar, Jalapeno Cheddar, & Wild Rice)

  • Fresh Breakfast Links - $3.50 per pound

  • All Pork Smoked Hot Dogs - $4.50 per pound

  • Side Pork - $10 per belly

  • Smoked Meat Balls - $4.00 per pound


Bulk Beef and Hog Purchasing

HOG PROCESSING INFORMATION

- Processing fees are based on hanging weight and include carcass disposal

- Roasts, chops, fresh brats, bacon, and smoked products are double-wrapped in freezer paper

- Ground pork and loose sausage are packaged in leak-proof chubs

- All finished meat is boxed and ready for pickup

- Processing prices are subject to change

We offer beef and hog shares for customers looking to buy high-quality meat in bulk. We work closely with local farmers in our area to source quality animals and provide professionally processed beef and pork with custom cut options to fit your needs.
