Sheep and Goat Processing

Our meat processing facility in Mapleton, MN is built for efficiency, quality, and animal care. We utilize a state-of-the-art rail system, a 1,500-square-foot drip cooler, and a large hanging cooler to ensure proper handling, optimal chilling, and consistent results from start to finish.

We partner with local farmers and livestock producers to provide whole animal processing for beef, pork, lamb, and goat. Our facility is designed for high-capacity processing, allowing us to serve producers who require reliable volume, precise cutting, and professional handling.

Designed with producers in mind, our setup supports a smooth livestock drop-off process, with easy access for livestock trailers and a chute system that makes unloading safe, efficient, and low-stress.

SHEEP AND GOAT PROCESSING GUIDELINES

- All wild game must be properly tagged and registered at the time of drop-off.

- Antlers or head must be removed prior to drop-off. If removal is required onsite, a $20 fee will apply.

- Caping and euro mount fees are due at drop-off, and items will be returned same day.

- If you would like your hide returned, there is a $20 fee, and we must be notified at drop-off.

- Follow safe handling practices prior to drop-off.

- Wild game is paper wrapped, not vacuum sealed.

- We reserve the right to reject or dispose of any meat that is spoiled, unsanitary, improperly handled, or contains fragmented bone.

- We will call you when your order is complete. Orders not picked up within 10 days of notification will be charged $10 per box, per week in storage fees.
